Give guests one less reason to leave.
Keep guests charged, connected, and focused on the experience instead of looking for an outlet. SFinity Charge gives venues a simple self-service charging amenity without adding another responsibility for staff.
A dying phone is a guest-experience problem.
Guests rely on their phones for tickets, mobile payments, rideshare, photos, communication, event information, and transportation. When the battery gets low, they start looking for outlets, asking employees for chargers, or leaving altogether.
An added guest amenity
Something useful guests notice, without a new task for your team.
Fewer charger requests
Less dependence on wall outlets and fewer phones handed to staff.
Longer, easier visits
Guests stay powered and comfortable instead of cutting the visit short.
Minimal staff involvement
Self-service by design. We handle the station.
Flexible partnership models
Pilot terms are set together, in writing, before anything is installed.
Independently owned network
You work directly with us, not a reseller of another company's machines.
+ 1 outlet
You provide the spot and an outlet. We do the rest.
- Station delivery and installation
- Restocking, cleaning and maintenance
- Guest checkout and customer support
- Station signage and staff quick-start sheet
- We own and insure the equipment (coverage being finalized before launch)
Station sizes, countertop vs. floor options, and cable types will be confirmed once hardware is selected.
Help shape the network from day one.
We're inviting a small number of venues in the greater Charlotte and York County region to run a 60–90 day pilot. Founding venues help us test placement, guest experience and pricing, and get first consideration as the network grows.
Pilot terms are set with each venue before anything is installed. Nothing is committed until both sides agree in writing.
We're starting with venues like these.
Breweries, taprooms & bars
Long visits, patios, late nights.
Music & event venues
Phones carry tickets, photos and the ride home.
Indoor entertainment
Golf simulators, arcades, bowling.
Initial focus: NoDa, Plaza Midwood, South End, Uptown, Fort Mill, Rock Hill and York.
Venue questions
What does it cost my venue?
We're finalizing pilot terms now and will walk through options with you directly. Nothing is installed until we both agree to terms in writing.
How much space does a station need?
Plan for a countertop spot or a small floor footprint near a standard outlet. Exact dimensions will be confirmed once hardware is selected.
Who maintains the station?
We do. That includes restocking, cleaning, troubleshooting and guest support.
What if a guest doesn't return a power bank?
That's handled between SFinity Charge and the guest through our rental terms. Your staff never has to chase equipment.
Can guests return power banks somewhere else?
The planned experience lets guests return power banks to any participating SFinity Charge station. We'll confirm details before launch.
Can we move or remove the station?
Yes. Placement and removal terms will be spelled out in the pilot agreement.
